- 1 block 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Directions:
- Toss the cubed tofu in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
- Return the tofu to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce over the tofu and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
